An exciting opportunity exists for a Health and Safety Advisor with a real passion for health and safety in the workplace to join our Responsible Care department.
By influencing others, delivering against a safety action plan and providing expert health and safety advice, you will assist in driving Methanex’s Responsible Care ethic – operating our business in a manner which minimises risk to people, the environment, assets and our community.
You will have a formal qualification in health and safety and proven experience in the areas of incident management, training, hazard management, audit programmes, occupational hygiene and health and safety procedures. In addition, your knowledge in HSE legislation will be second to none and ideally, you will bring with you a background in the oil and gas industry.
If you are a strong influencing practitioner with first-rate communication skills, a down to earth personality and high energy levels, you will thrive in this dynamic role.
